Drug Company Sales Reps Entitled to Overtime Pay Under Fair Labor Standards Act

Recent federal court decisions are victories for pharmaceutical sales representatives or drug reps. The drug reps are fighting for overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
